I’m an author, writer, and aspiring champion of makers everywhere. Specifically, I am captivated by the connection between spiritual formation, neuroscience, and creative soul care.

I graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Journalism/Advertising. Early on, I spent eight years working in advertising agencies before taking time off to raise our two strong and creative daughters. Then, I returned to work as a nonprofit executive director, freelance writer, and content producer in the tech world. Today, I manage special projects for Focus on the Family/Parenting and Youth.
